A1 National Terms and Conditions for Intensive Courses All prices are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change. Course content may vary depending on the client's needs or instructor's recommendations. This is in the customers interest and can be changed at any time by the instructor. The course start and test dates will be agreed on booking but the tuition times will be agreed verbally between the pupil and instructor.

All offers and prices are correct at publishing date, but can change without notice.

A1 NATIONAL cannot be held responsible for any type errors due to mistakes made by ONE design when producing this website.

No other refund of monies paid will be given unless 21 clear working days notice has been given. Any cheques returned to us unpaid will result in a £10 charge per cheque.

Test fees cannot be refunded. A1 National cannot be held responsible for cancellation of a test due to unforeseen circumstances. Should you wish to change the dates of your course this may incur a small charge

Gift vouchers and pre paid lessons are valid for 3 months only.

A valid provisional driving licence must be presented at the start of your course. If you have any motor/convictions or disabilities it is important that you inform us at the outset.

If you request to cut short your lesson or cancel any of your intensive course days once the course has started the hours cannot be carried over or the money refunded.

Any abusive, offensive or other such conduct will not be tolerated and the course may be terminated without notice.

We cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to misconduct.

In the event of a mechanical breakdown of the instructor's car and where we are unable to source another instructor/car for a specific course - rearrangement of the course may be necessary at a date to suit you.

In the very rare event of a mechanical breakdown of the instructor's car on the day of your test the replacment car may not be the same make and model as the car you have been learning in.

If there was no availability at our designated Guest House it may be necessary to arrange alternative accommodation. Prior notice of any such change would be given at the earliest opportunity.

The instructor and/or school has the right to withdraw the car from any test if the pupil has not reached the required level to complete a test safely and competently. The instructor will give a full explanation of reasons for withdrawal. Also if advised that during an intensive course that you will not be safe enough to take the test on test day then the full course hours will still be given but no cash refund will be avaliable.
